This technique involves a gentle, non invasive touch on the spinal reflexes of the feet, hands and head which relates in reflexology terms to the gestational period, the 38-40 weeks we spent in the womb. It helps release any unconscious tension that we may have developed in the womb during this time. This unconscious tension may be holding us back from reaching our true human potential and can show up as illness or emotional disharmony, discontentment with our life.
